How a match score is built

Every job is compared with the ATS profile built from your resume. The score weighs hard skills most, then the job title, your years of experience and seniority, the industry, the location and work model, languages, education and certificates, and how recent your relevant experience is.

You see the reasons behind each score: the skills that matched, the keywords that are missing and what a recruiter would notice first.

What you do with a good match

  • Open the job and read why it fits and where the gaps are
  • Save roles you want to apply for
  • Tailor your resume to the posting in one step
  • Track which jobs you applied to

How many jobs you can score

The free check scores your first 3 jobs so you can judge the quality. Essentials (€39) scores 25 jobs, and Premium (€79) and Personal review score every job in the pool. A job you've scored once never counts twice.

Questions and answers

Where do the jobs come from?

Job Börse collects open roles from job boards and partner feeds, including jobs in Germany, Europe and Thailand, and removes duplicates.

Why is a job with my exact title scored low?

Titles differ between companies. The score looks at the skills, seniority and location in the posting, so a similar title with different requirements can fit less well.
